Todd M. Mezrah

Mr. Mezrah is the Chief Executive Officer of Mezrah Consulting in Tampa, Florida. He is responsible for the firm’s vision, growth, and strategic and technology initiatives. Through Mezrah Consulting’s growth and success, the firm has developed a national, comprehensive consulting practice for enterprise, privately held, and publicly traded companies including financial institutions. To that end, MC has developed a Bank Practice servicing a variety of financial institutions for creating and evaluating BOLI portfolios, sharing new ideas for capturing yield, and providing executive benefits consulting and expertise.

His background and expertise lend itself to competent consulting on issues specific to plan design, plan funding, compliance, proxy disclosure, accounting, benefit security, and plan implementation and administration of executive benefit programs including the utilization of COLI and taxable securities.

Mr. Mezrah initially pursued a career in Los Angeles with the Management Compensation Group as a financial analyst and with Executive Compensation Solutions as a senior consultant. He has authored several articles on executive compensation in various publications. Mr. Mezrah is a frequent speaker giving presentations on the tax, legal, and accounting implications of executive compensation and benefit plans to a number of trade and professional organizations.

In 1993, Mr. Mezrah formed Mezrah Consulting which is a member of M Financial Corporation, a national firm that syndicates purchasing power, technology, and services to its broad base of clients. The primary focus of his consulting practice was to create effective tools for companies to attract and retain talent without adverse financial impact. That commitment and focus remain today. In addition, Mr. Mezrah is the co-founder of Drawloop Technologies which is a technology company that developed the premier SaaS-based solution for automating document deliverables. Mezrah Consulting utilizes this technology in its proprietary administration platform called MAPbenefits.

His involvement in the community is best exemplified by his participation in The Jewish Federation, Jewish National Fund, Make A Wish, American Heart Association, and the Glazer Children’s Museum to name a few. In addition, Mr. Mezrah’s industry involvement is best exemplified by his role in AALU’s nonqualified plans committee in Washington D.C. Mr. Mezrah is also co-founder of Az Capital Partners, on the Board of iControl, a SaaS-based solution in the CPG space, and on the Advisory Board of IP Capital Partners, a private equity real estate firm.

Mr. Mezrah is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he obtained a B.A. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. Mr. Mezrah also received a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in employee benefits from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Katie Censoplano

Katie Censoplano, Vice President of Client Success, leads our Implementation Team.  She works closely with our clients to design and implement executive benefit plans that will attract and retain top talent. Ms. Censoplano also leads our Account Management Team who handle servicing current clients in the daily administration of all plans and manages our client relationships. She is also responsible for the firm’s SEC and FINRA compliance.

Prior to joining Mezrah Consulting, Katie worked for a financial services company. Katie has 10 years of client service management experience in the financial industry.

Michael Ori

Michael, Vice President of Financial Analytics, obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida in Finance in addition to playing collegiate water polo.

Prior to joining the Mezrah team, Michael worked at Starwood Vacation Ownership Corporation. His responsibilities included financial modeling and forecasting for all of the resorts’ homeowners associations in the North Western Hemisphere.

Michael is responsible for leading the Financial Analyst team in evaluating, designing, and analyzing new and existing funding strategies and executive benefit plans including deferred compensation plans, long-term incentive plans, and supplemental executive retirement plans. His areas of focus include understanding asset/liability management, researching the best available products, and developing automated financial models and client deliverables. Tax, accounting, legal and economic issues are all important elements that Michael manages and takes into consideration on a daily basis.

Michael has also successfully completed the first level of his Charter Financial Analyst designation.
