Brittany Darby is the Director of Client Relations at Mezrah Consulting. In her role she leads the Client Relations team, which is responsible for the daily administration of all executive benefit plans, managing client relationships, and providing comprehensive support for our clients and plan participants. Brittany is responsible for managing client relationships and working closely with the Implementation team to ensure a seamless transition for clients. She also provides training and professional development for her team and supports executive leadership in implementing new policies and procedures.

Seeking an industry change, Brittany joined the Mezrah Consulting team in 2018 as an Implementation & Policy Services Specialist. Prior to joining Mezrah Consulting, Brittany worked for a national facilities maintenance company overseeing national retail clients’ accounts and working her way up to Corporate Operations Supervisor.

Brittany obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Brittany has over 15 years of client service management experience.
