What We Do

For more than 30 years, we have been providing executive benefits consulting to a diverse group of clients, from Fortune 500 to Russell 2000 companies. Our clients include financial institutions and sizable privately held companies involved in a variety of industries, from hospitality to construction. We currently provide executive benefits and compensation programs to thousands of executives domestically and internationally.

As a knowledge-focused company, we offer our clients highly creative and innovative solutions by uncovering value and recognizing risks. We are committed to providing clients with a comprehensive range of C-level executive and highly compensated employee (HCE) tax-favored benefit services.

Leadership Team

Our History

1993

Founder & CEO, Todd Mezrah decides to go out on his own and starts Mezrah Consulting at the age of 29 in Tampa.
1994

Todd Mezrah embarks on his first full year in business and hires his first full-time employee.
1995

Successfully compete for and win our first $1+ billion Fortune 1000 client.
1996

Mezrah Consulting adds the first Fortune 100 company to their growing list of clients.
1997 - 2005

Client base grows by 30%, and headcount increases 300% to meet the demands of growth.
2006

Launch of our first executive benefits administration technology called MAP 1.0 (Mezrah Administration Platform), which is designed in-house to meet the needs of our clients. 
2007

Bank practice kicks off, and we land our first $50 billion bank client.
2008 – 2014

A vice president of operations is added to help manage the company, and a leadership position is added to the technology team, while our growth client base grows by 30% annually.
2016

A chief financial officer is added to the leadership lineup, and we transition to cloud-based technology, launching MAP 2.0.

2017

A team lead is added to the IT department for further development on mapbenefits™ 2.0.
2018

  • The mapbenefits mobile app is launched, making it even easier for clients to access their benefits on demand.
  • Integration with more than 1,000 investment funds is completed.
2019

  • BOLI Rescue® is created and launched, and we introduce the enterprise-level upgrade for mapbenefits to clients.
  • mapbenefits incorporates.
  • Redesigned logo for mapbenefits receives its trademark registration.
2020

  • Opened new headquarters in Tampa, tripling office workspace to meet growth demands just before the COVID-19 pandemic forced the need for tools and technology to enable employees to work from home. Like millions of other businesses, operations logistics were affected, however, we are proud to say that Mezrah Consulting did not lay off a single employee during the lockdown. 
  • New branding for Mezrah Consulting is introduced and a new website is launched.
2021

The pandemic and restrictions ease, so employees are able to return to the office. Flexible work-from-home days are offered to staff as a new benefit.
2023

  • New website is launched for affiliate, mapbenefits.
  • Another office expansion doubles the working space for our growing team. 
2024

  • Launch of 409A Direct, a Mezrah Consulting affiliate. 409A Direct offers small- to medium-sized businesses a cost-efficient and streamlined cloud-based solution for the implementation and administration of nonqualified deferred compensation plans. 
  • The first annual COLI Ski Retreat for financial advisors is hosted by mapbenefits and Lion Street Financial at Chipeta Lodge in Ridgway/Telluride, Colorado. 
  • 30th Anniversary Celebration held at company’s headquarters in Tampa.
  • ChatDCP, an all-new Ai-powered training tool for nonqualified deferred compensation and other executive benefit plans, is developed and launched internally. 
  • Our 30th year is topped off with the launch of our new Mezrah Consulting website
