Our History
1993
Founder & CEO, Todd Mezrah decides to go out on his own and starts Mezrah Consulting, in Tampa, at the age of 29.
1994
Todd Mezrah embarks on his first full year in business and hires his first full-time employee.
1995
Successfully compete for and win our first $1+ billion Fortune 1000 client.
1996
Mezrah Consulting adds the first Fortune 100 company to their growing list of clients.
1997 - 2005
Client base grows by 30%, and headcount increases 300% to meet the demands of growth.
2006
Launch of our first executive benefits administration technology called MAP 1.0 (Mezrah Administration Platform), which is designed in-house to meet the needs of our clients.
2007
Bank practice kicks off, and we land our first $50 billion bank client.
2008 – 2014
A vice president of operations is added to help manage the company, and a leadership position is added to the technology team, while our growth client base grows by 30% annually.
2016
A chief financial officer is added to the leadership lineup, and we transition to cloud-based technology, launching MAP 2.0.
2017
A team lead is added to the IT department for further development on mapbenefits™ 2.0.
2018

The mapbenefits mobile app is launched, making it even easier for clients to access their benefits on demand.

Integration with more than 1,000 investment funds is completed.
2019

BOLI Rescue® is created and launched, and we introduce the enterprise-level upgrade for mapbenefits to clients.

Redesigned logo for mapbenefits receives its trademark registration.
2020

Opened new headquarters in Tampa, tripling office workspace to meet growth demands.

COVID-19 pandemic lockdown forces pivot in operational logistics. However, Mezrah Consulting is proud to say we did not lay off a single employee.

New branding for Mezrah Consulting is introduced and a new website is launched.
2021
The pandemic and restrictions ease and employees return to the office. Flexible work-from-home days are offered to staff as a new benefit.
2023

Another office expansion doubles the working space for our growing team.

30th Anniversary Year! Celebration held at company’s Tampa headquarters.

Launch of 409A Direct, a Mezrah Consulting affiliate, offering small- to medium-sized businesses a cost-efficient and streamlined cloud-based solution for the implementation and administration of nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans.

ChatDCP, an all-new Ai-powered training tool for NQDC and other executive benefit plans, is developed and launched internally.
