Katie Censoplano is the Vice President of Operations of Mezrah Consulting. She is responsible for all aspects of client interactions, from the implementation of new executive benefit plans to servicing of existing client relationships. Katie leads our Implementation, Policy Service, Account Management, and Software Development teams. As the leader of the Implementation Team, she works closely with our clients to design and implement executive benefit plans that will attract and retain top talent. Our Account Management Team handles servicing our current clients in the daily administration of all executive benefit plans, including managing client relationships. Katie assists in developing, implementing, and managing key strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and scalability of the firm. Additionally, Katie is responsible for the firm’s SEC and FINRA compliance.

Katie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining Mezrah Consulting, Katie worked for a financial services company as an Operations Manager. Katie has over 20 years of client service management experience in the financial industry.
