He supports the firm’s executive benefit and deferred compensation strategy by leveraging nearly a decade of experience to guide the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions. Jackson plays a key role in translating business needs into software capabilities, with a focus on simplifying executive benefits administration and enhancing recordkeeping through mapbenefits, Mezrah Consulting’s proprietary executive benefits management platform.

 

Jackson works closely with internal stakeholders and software developers to drive client-focused outcomes and ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of plan sponsors and administrators. His foundation in client relationship management—developed during his early years at the firm—provides deep insight into the complexities of executive benefits and supports his ability to align product development with strategic business goals.

 

Before transitioning into his current product leadership role, Jackson advanced through the client relationship team at Mezrah Consulting, achieving senior status before shifting to a business analyst role on the product team. His career reflects a strong commitment to financial technology, and he brings a unique perspective that bridges executive benefits knowledge with agile product development.

 

Jackson earned his Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Florida.
