Erin Yetter is the Director of Business Enhancement. In this role, she plays a critical part in scaling knowledge across the organization, building professional education programs, and supporting business growth. Erin brings nearly 20 years of post-secondary teaching experience, along with extensive experience in the financial services and banking industry. Prior to joining Mezrah Consulting, she worked at the Federal Reserve and served as a professor of economics at several R1 universities.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University, where she graduated magna cum laude, a master’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida, and a Ph.D. in Economic Education from the University of Delaware.

Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, watercolor painting, and spending time with her children. She is also deeply committed to animal welfare and has fostered nearly 50 cats and kittens in recent years.
