Nicolas Slatter is the Client Relations Team Lead at Mezrah Consulting. He helps lead and develop the Client Relations team while supporting the administration of nonqualified executive benefit plans. Nicolas works closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams to address service needs, manage plan administration, and help deliver accurate, responsive support.

Nicolas joined Mezrah Consulting in 2021 and brings more than 20 years of professional experience spanning radio and insurance compliance. He holds the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation through LOMA, which provides broad industry education in insurance operations, financial concepts, risk management, and leadership.

Nicolas earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Central Florida.

Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys Disney, traveling, spending time with family, and music.
