Noel Smith has been with Mezrah Consulting since 2024 and serves as a Client Relations Team Lead. In this role, he supports both the development of the Client Relations team and the ongoing administration of nonqualified executive benefit plans. He helps guide day-to-day client service, resolve complex plan administration needs, and works with clients, advisors, and internal teams to support accurate and consistent plan servicing.

Before joining Mezrah Consulting, Noel served as a Claims Manager and Corporate Representative for a property and casualty company. He also owned and operated a food truck and catering business, giving him a background that combines client service, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Noel earned his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance from The University of Tampa.

Outside of work, Noel enjoys traveling, cooking, playing rugby, and spending time outdoors.
