Rachel Luca is a Client Relations Team Lead with extensive experience in customer relationships, participant communications, plan administration, and Section 409A deferred compensation plans. Since joining the company in March 2020, she has built her career through a strong commitment to client service, passion for helping clients and participants navigate the complexities of deferred compensation and building up the team around her.

Beginning her career as a Client Relationship Manager, Rachel quickly became a subject matter expert in 409A plans and advanced through roles as a Senior Client Relationship Manager and Enterprise Client Relationship Manager before becoming a Team Lead. In her current role, she works closely with new and existing clients to establish and administer plans, partners with HR and payroll teams, leads participant enrollment and education efforts, and supports participants with their plan questions. She also leads a team of client relationship managers and client service administrators responsible for the day-to-day administration and servicing of these plans.

Rachel holds a BFA in Acting from Pace University in New York City. While unconventional for a career in deferred compensation, her background in acting has provided her with valuable skills in communication, presentation, adaptability, and leadership—skills she brings to her work every day.
